Supporting the community of individuals with learning and intellectual disabilities in reaching their full potential and capabilities

Founded in 2022, EmployAble was born out of a love for the community of individuals with learning and intellectual disabilities and a drive to support them in reaching their full potential and capabilities. There is a noticeable gap in our society between our individuals and inclusive employment, resulting in a pool of untapped abilities.

We want to bridge this gap through training and education for both trainees and employers, in hopes that their abilities are cultivated and can help them build independent and meaningful lives. We want to change the inclusive employment landscape of Malaysia. We want a society that is fully inclusive, accepting and intentional with our individuals.
